Crystal Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care is Hiring a Resident Care Assistant Near Canton, MI

Crystal Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care has open Resident Care Assistant positions. We are looking for experienced RCA's to work 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities
  • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant partiesĀ 
  • Collaborate with residents and families for best care opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience working in a senior living community
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Dependable and trustworthy with excellent time management skills
